So this week I am on vacation, and as much as I enjoy blogging, I would like to spend as much time as possible soaking in this leisurely lifestyle :) Thus, this week's post is going to be short and sweet. Last week I talked about how everyone deals with stress differently so it's expected that everyone copes differently, well this week I was able to find this great site that helps offer different coping methods based on people's predominant sense (if the person is visual, auditory, etc).
